Your site’s usability may have everything to do with your readers returning or leaving you in the dust.
Below are simple suggestions for examining website usability factors.
- Conform to user convention
- Font size
- Make hypertext links stand out
- Make it obvious what page the visitor is on
- Incorporate a breadcrumb trail into the site
- Keep page download times to a minimum
