Yeah. I agree. Selling is nothing to do with persuasion. It’s more of understanding what the client/customer wants and assists them. =)

Totally agree on this. Being original is one of the best selling point of anything and after sales services is also a key to retaining customers

Very agree with this. Selling got nothing to do with persuations. Understanding of markets ; consumers will be the key point.
