What are some things that need to be considered when preparing for an SEO campaign?
1- What is it that you want to achieve?
- Greater publicity
- Greater sales

- Greater traffic, etc
2- Is the campaign running on a dead-line?
3- Will you be working alone? With a group?
4- What is your budget?
5- Will you need a keyword research tool or other software?
6- You’ll need to know what type of site your working with:

- HTML, etc
7- Will the URLs contain query strings? Or work-around?
8- How many wordsare contained on each page?
9- How many pages need to be optimized?
10- Is there a sitemap? Does it require one?
11- How about the sites link popularity?
12- How about site navigation?

dating.com is a dating services provider. - They are a member of the Relationship Exchange, which is a large database of millions of singles. They use this database in combination with interactive messenger, profiling, photo posting, a matching system, etc. designed to unite compatible singles in a private and secure environment.
2- What are the sites geographical target markets? Are they global? Country specific? State specific? Town specific?
They execute services within a global market - including, but not limited to, local, statewide, and national resources.
3- What are the sites demographic target markets? (e.g. young urban females, working mothers, single parents etc.)
Single adults in U.S. and around the globe.
4- What are 20 search keywords or phrases that I think the site’s target markets will use to find the site in the search engines?
